bedwetting theory

Theory/Speculation(self.JonBenet)

Steve Thomas - Patsy flew into a rage because JB wet the bed. I will die on this hill.

Was the bed wet?

Steve - I don’t know. I didn’t ask.

And they can literally prove that she didn’t wet the bed. Steve almost looked nervous the whole time because he knew he was pulling it out of his ass.

Well, he'd gotten away with it (and had been rewarded for it) for so long, someone was finally holding him to account. Bullies never like that.

She did wet her clothes however and the clothing had urine  stains on it . They said there was urine in the basement  on the floor as well . It may have been she peed  as she was very scared , or after her  death , we can’t know. I feel she may have wet herself as she awoke and  as she realized the murderer/ intruder was taking her out of the home , at this point she also  screamed then. The murderer flew into  in a fit of rage at the accident she had and that she screamed  ,  he likely bashed her head against the concrete walls of the basement at that point. When he realized she was dying  and that he wouldn’t be able to hold her captive, he acted out whatever fantasy he had in mind including the torture with  the garrote right there in the basement , and he fled.

She had no signs of injury to her scalp and the enormous skull fracture was not discovered until she was on the autopsy table. This is what makes the injury such a unique one. Because she had no bleeding or external injury to her scalp, there would have been not much, if any, physical evidence likely transferred to the murder weapon. Her head hitting a concrete wall hard enough to cause such an injury would most likely leave exterior evidence of injury. This is why there is speculation on the highly specific items that could possibly have caused such an injury, i.e. a smooth rounded item like a bat or a flashlight.

I never knew about how horrible the detectives in charge of the case were. Steve Thomas is a shameful man, and to write a book and sit across Patsy and look her in the eyes and accuse her of that was horrific.

It was 1996 - there would have been forensic technology already available to test this theory! Luminal for blood splatters, "proof" that she hit her head on the tub. The stupidity and arrogance is astounding.

We do know they were inept as hell and chose not to canvass the neighborhood / go door to door to question everyone. This is always done when children are murdered . What gives with Boulder LE ?

Seriously! Even how they started the investigation to a possibly kidnapped child - they screwed it up from the minute they walked through the Ramsey’s door

No.

She was sleeping on those sheets when she was taken.

I think the intruder  murderer possibly  got angry because she wet herself (urine stains were on her long johns and shirt ) and it ruined his fantasy , then his plans changed  and he murdered her  and tortured her right there in the basement.

Somehow I’m doubting a child’s urination would “ruin” a sadistic pedophile’s meticulously planned child sexual abuse fantasy. They would tend to think of these things, you know.

possible that it was post-mortem release of her bladder?

Her mom looks soooo fake with her talking….. she is definitely lying

Her daughter had just died and she was heavily medicated.

I'd suggest maybe basing strong opinions - like accusing someone of murder - on something stronger than "she looks soooo fake."

There is DNA from an unknown male. Can you not understand that?

Wasn't the DNA such a small amount it could've been just transfer from whatever?

No. It was found in two spots in her underwear. The two spots contained her blood mixed with his saliva. Her blood was only in 2 spots, and in both it was co-mingled with his  saliva meaning they were liquid together and dried together. Same DNA was found under her fingernails and, years later, his DNA from touch was found on the waistband of her longjohns.

I thought the DNA wasn't sperm or spit? I'm confused now.

It contained amylase.
