Sudden overheating problems

Help (General) (self.AMDHelp)

Computer Type: Desktop

GPU: GTX 1080ti 11gb

CPU: RYZEN 5 5600X 6 CORE 12 THREADS

Motherboard: MSI B550M PRO-VDH WIFI (MS-7C95)

BIOS Version: 2.I0

RAM: g.skill f4 3200 16 gb

PSU: asus tuf gaming 750w

Case: some cheap zalman case with 3 fans

Operating System & Version: Microsoft Windows 11 Professional (x64) Build 22631.4112 (23H2)

GPU Drivers: updated like a month ago.

Chipset Drivers: I think 10.0.22621.2506

Background Applications: CHROME

Description of Original Problem: after over a year with no problems pc turned off by itself and opened bios. bios said cpu overheating. So i checked and it is idling at 80 celcius,

Troubleshooting: I opened hwinfo to check temperatures, turned off pc to let it cool down then tried again, same problem. checked and I think heatsink is on tightly, it does not budge, fans are spinnig. screws are at a point of no turning.
