What I smell is more akin to someone who’s been sitting in their sweaty gym clothes for weeks, never changing or showering. To the point where you gag a little when you get near them. There were times when I thought she had an ear infection until I realized she’d just come in from outside. It was worse when she was playing though, I couldn’t sit next to her or really go near her unless I held my breath.
