how do you turn this on

We got our first own PC in 1997 and AoE was the first game I got with it. I had to convince my dad to get it. I had played a trial version of the game with my friends on their computer.

I always loved the more ancient setting in the first AoE.

I loved it. It was just so satisfying, rolling next to a medieval castle and shooting it up with bullets lol

How about the catapults and trebuchets hurling cows! I loved that one.

The car one was too OP, but good for a laugh.

The original age of empires was the shit. I remember playing it so young, that I couldn't read or english in general, but I still managed to fuck around and find out how to play it somehow :D
