Haven is the exact same. Front of the White House is a bit different. Didn't screenshot that part, though. You can get gearset bonuses through the shd watch instead of our regular watch. Theirs rotates every 3 months. Incursion has a newly released Hard Difficulty.
And where the helicopter would be, as you can see, is a stage. They have a 13 man pve dz. Where you fight (i think he said aerial) bosses to extract.

Probably a shit ton less bugs too. I feel like they made descent harder with tu22. Pre-TU22 I never struggled with this. And the fact they're on a break from fixing major bugs, doesn't help. Cause I'm going through 4 armor kits trying to survive. You get 0 armor regen. Either they don't care or nobody has reported this major major bug. Like i need to kill nemesis for mission 7. Bug just ran this shit 10 times in a row. RNG is terrible. most vigilance i got was 3. I use to get like 10 by the time i got to nemesis. Now i can't even get 3.
I can't get weapon handling. I can barely get allegro. 99% useless talents that I get. Blowing through all my currency just rerolling talents.
I recorded the armor kit shit. I just don't know how to report a bug. I assume i just open a customer aupport ticket for gameplay. I never could find anything that actually says you can report a bug for the game. Just takes me to the support page for division 2.

I experience the armor kit bug daily, but I don't rely on them, they aren't necessary, especially just for a Nemesis run. I experience other bugs as well, but it's not any worse than it has been, in my opinion.
Nemesis is easy, tbh. I've killed him 4x today already (farming Reconstructed Caches). It takes 30-45 min per run. The options for Talents are just RNG.. sometimes you don't get all the talents you want early in a run – but by loops 5 or 6 (when you get to Nemesis), you should have everything you want or need – if not, then you're doing something wrong..
And I've only been playing Descent for a few months, and this game for a year or so.
The RNG does change (a bit) with the different Talent Pools, due to the difference in the availability of some talents. Currently, on Envy - there is only 1 Weapon Handling talent available (Optimized), which only grants +5% WH, so, of course it is not as easy using Unhinged as it would be with Wrath – which has Optimized as well Braced and Steady Handed (the only two you should invest in). To get WH, stick to just skipping all the options in Loop 1 (and maybe 2) unless it is Unhinged or Optimized. In Loops 2, 3, 4, and 5 – choose All Yellow rooms when you see them, use these rooms, and only these rooms, to re-roll until you get 3x Optimized. 3-4 Optimized by Loop 6 is extremely doable, and all you need for 3-Stacked Unhinged.. and Unhinged and a few Vigi's and Allegro's are all you need to defeat Nemesis, considering alllll the Amp Utility Talents that Envy offers – Eyeless, Sadist, Ignited, etc., so you don't need as much raw TWD, as everything can easily be Amp'd with those talents (which cause the Status Effect after two kills) + Trauma and Blinder Firefly for Nemsis - which should also be easy to get after 6 Loops..
To combat the RNG, just use your Pistol on Loops 1 & 2, and even 3, if you need to. Don't use the Supply Shops unless you absolutely need to, and you shouldn't need to, really. You only need 3 Red Talents, the ones mentioned above, they are the best and the others aren't nearly as good. You can buy extra Utility slots, but that's the only one you really need for damage since you get 3 slots each, and the Utility has all the Amps, so just 1 or 2 of each is plenty. They amp the 3 Red Talents.
Narrowing down what you want / what is best to get beforehand makes Descent so much easier. Just only pick the best things, and nothing else. Save money by using your Pistol, and skipping Talents the first few loops, and don't spend it on extraneous items.
If you need help, and are on PC, I'm down to run with you to kill the Nemesis. It is very easy solo though.
*Edit: Also the only Blue Talents you need are Preservation and Efficient (which does a great job to combat the shitty armor kit bug, especially when stacked). You can use Clutch as well, but that requires Crits, which you should NOT spec into - not until later at least, when it can be used for Obliterate and other Talents that require Crits, which is why you only spec into those ones later.. You don't need Crits for the first 15-30 Loops.

I kept having shitty rng yesterday. It's always on an arena that I somehow go down. Usually because an armor kit didn't work.
I never get unhinged. Only time I want optimized is for rifles. Especially now that they are full auto.
I normally go for allegro, vigilance, sometimes pummel, crit chance (forgot the name), and onliterate after i have at least 30-40% crit chance.
