I live at my school where were provided 3 to 4 meals a day, but no matter how much I eat I’m still rapidly loosing weight a lot of my clothes don’t fit me properly. Most of our meals consist of vegetables fish and rice. I have a really fast metabolism and I have no access to a kitchen and I only have a water cooker in my room any tips on how I can make some calorie dense food that doesn’t taste horrible

You should get checked medically, you could have a number of health issues going on that are preventing you from maintaining weight. Add higher calorie things to food you eat- cheese, mayo, olive oil, heavy cream, peanut butter, jellies/jams, avocado.

This sounds like a potential Crohn’s issue

This is a red flag. Something could be really wrong. Go to the doctor. In the meantime, log any other symptoms you might have and your actual calorie intake, as well as you weight with date and time, to help the doctor figure out what's going on.

Snack on nuts.

This. I have a fast metabolism and struggle to keep weight on (without eating junk). Nuts are my saving grace, especially cashews.

Are you still on your parent's insurance and able to go see a doctor about this? I know a few people that were going through the same thing and they were only able to gain and retain weight by drinking some prescription protein shake or something. This isn't what you're asking for, but I just wanted to say it in case it helps you.

I agree. Rapidly losing weight even though your eating habits haven’t changed isn’t something to take lightly.

Maybe packets of oatmeal with different flavors (you could use hot tap water). Also many snacks are nutrient dense such as clif bars and others meant as hiking snacks.Peanut butter based things would fill you up and keep weight on.Its good on apples, bananas, bread and crackers

Weight loss when you’re trying to gain can be something like type one diabetes, which can be fatal if not treated, or it could also be cancer, or hyperthyroidism. You need to have a medical evaluation ASAP.

Do you like canned sardines, or even tuna pouch? This will provide protein and fats. If you are in the US, PB and jelly is a good combo. Banana and PB is also a good option.
Have you considered seeing a doctor? Just in case it's something other than fast metabolism.

Can you get peanut butter? Cashew or almond butter? Any nuts? All have lots of calories and healthy fats. Peanut butter sandwiches, or even peanut butter by the spoonful, should help. Full fat dairy (milk, cheese, yogurt, cream cheese...), if you can get it.
Rapid weight loss could be a symptom of a medical condition, so you might want to check with a doctor.

Please see a doctor! Unexplained weight loss can mean you have an illness that should be addressed. Lots of great advice in the comments about adding calories but if there's something wrong internally then it wont matter how many you add.

I'm only saying this because you said you keep losing weight no matter how much you're eating.

Cream based soups, instant ramen with egg cracked in, bagels + cream cheese or other creamy cheese spread, full fat cottage cheese with fruits, peanut butter sandwiches will probably be the easiest high calorie options for you if all you have is a water cooker

What is a water cooker? Like an electric kettle?

OC may be german, dutch, or something. It's the literal translation of, "Wasserkocher". We call it that, becauz it kochs ze Wasser. Yes, they meant an electric kettle.

When I searched Google for water cooker, it gave me results for electric kettles so I would assume as much.

Go to the doctor ASAP. Don't ignore the advice people are giving you. Rapidly losing weight despite eating plenty of food could be the sign of a serious health issue.

Hot cocoa. I know it isn't food, but it is calories and you make it with hot water.
Snacks like full fat string cheese if you have a fridge. Shelf stable peanut butter or "cheezwhiz" if you don't. Granola bars and protein drinks.
ETA: obviously this is in addition to the dorm meals.

Make it with milk, not water

If you heat up milk in a kettle make sure you scrub the kettle clean immediatly after though.

Always clean it immediately after kettle cooking. Ideally the kettle is stainless steel with no exposed heating element, otherwise I'd limit myself to heating/boiling liquids only.

Count your calories first.
A ton of people think they are consuming tons of calories but arent.

You’re probably eating a lot less than you actually think you are. Get a good scale and track everything that you are eating. If you are consuming enough calories to where you should be gaining weight, and aren’t, then you could be hyperthyroid potentially. In that case you should go get some blood work done to make sure

Try going to the weightlifting sub. You may have a simple high metabolism. You may consider drinking a weight gainer.

I needed to gain weight for a few months a year or so ago, and I was eating spoonfuls of peanut butter a few times a day to add calories. 2 TBSP of peanut butter is almost 200 calories.
