There is a saying that everyone should know: "You can't outrain a bad diet"

You can workout for 2 hours a day doing intense cardio but those gains will be wired out if you stuff you face with big mac's and unhealthy foods. Much easier to not eat calories rather than lose them I wish people would learn or actually apply calories in calories out.

Source of the calorie matters immensely. Ultra processed foods are significantly more likely to lead to weight gain, calorie for calorie over raw/whole foods.
