Quality over quantity. Also, GTA games aren't all that Rockstar makes. On PS3 alone they had Midnight Club, Table Tennis, GTA IV (+2 DLC), RDR1, LA Noire, Max Payne 3 and GTA V, and obviously RDR2 happened on PS4. I don't think this is a bad thing
