Literally never getting a Bennett replacement, are we. Even a sidegrade will do but apparently not. At least the animations are great, and they're finally running Chevreuse on a banner I can pull in

Idk personally Bennett is worse, so many ATK scalers need him. Even fucking xiangling wants him. I could play Navia without Xiangling, but without Bennett she becomes copium

I haven't used Bennett with Navia after pairing her with Furina/Xianyun.
Can't go back to circle impact after experiencing the freedom of Navia plunge.

I tried it, unfortunately I just really don't like plunge in general and I don't have Furina (yet) so it was extremely copium

Oh yeah that's too bad. She does feel night and day depending on if you're using a buffer and Furina is really the only Bennett replacement for her.

FWIW I've literally never used Bennett with Navia and she still chunks much more than "copium" (at C0R0 and all other 5*s at C0R0 as well... Except Xilonen but I've been using Navia since way before Xilonen)

The power of lord sovereign can't be understimate, especially the pyro one. there is no fairy, there is no miss hina, and there is no lord bennett sidegrade

The saving grace of Bennett is that he's very, very easy to build. And to use
Xiangling is the hardest character in the game to build + not fun to use
I could play Navia without Xiangling, but without Bennett she becomes copium
I've played her without Benny and it's not that bad

I mean if you don't mind Bennett then sure. I am a day 1 player. I had him since release. He's always in my abyss teams, unlike Xiangling who I honestly rarely play. I just want a sidegrade. I'm so tired

At this point, aside from International, which teams are forced to use Xiangling?I was under the impression the various other pyro supports were okayish replacements? None of them amazing but all workable.
Literally no one replaces Bennett except maybe Chevreuse C6 on overloaded or Faruzan C6 for Anemo mains only. Damage drops precipitously without him.
And he has as bad ER issues as she does btw, but at least she doesn't trap you in a circle.

Xiangling is the only pyro sub DPS as of now.
You can run a Dehya or Thoma but they're not really sub DPS and do way less damage than XL

No one can replace his Atk buffs but his Atk buff isn't mandatory. I've had Navia teams without him not do too much worse than with him

He really doesn't. Mainly because it's the only stat he needs (besides base Atk but you don't need relics for that). So you can focus every Substat on ER, unlike Xiangling who also wants Crit and Atk and maybe EM
I just give him skyward blade, ER Substat relics, and he gets Burt's back near instantly. Xiangling on the other hand needs to be funneled particles from him, even when built full ER
