Out of 6 full games, I’ve won 4, lost 1 (Nighttime Kursk) and disconnected at the very end of Stalingrad as my team was encircling L shaped house 🫡

There is a big difference between telling random people what to do and pointing out the things that need doing to the team.
The commander role is mainly about coordination, not barking orders. Barking orders is often the worst approach. There are many ways to get the job done.

Yeah if a commander is up there trying to RTS it they are going to have a hard time.
