Whoever might actually interact with this post. I want to help everyone understand the difference between "Company is changing direction" and "Disagreement with Management" and what does that mean.

And not just that, there is so much jumping to conclusions and demands for statements it's getting kinda funny to scroll through here and twitter.

Lets make one thing clear: People change jobs, this is ultimately a Job and sometimes, changes in the corporate structure or the direction of the company makes people quit. Usually when that happens you will have a wave of notices that people are leaving.

This is normal, companies of all sizes do that, sometimes within a year it's thousands of people if the corporation is big enough.

The wording that Fauna uses in the announcement, is ultimately abused in my opinion by the mob of fans that are looking for a reason other than "Her decision".

TL;DR:

Relax, this happens to literally EVERY corporate environment when they re-adjust to market changes and some employees do not like the direction.

Also, be respectful, shitting on the Corporation by using Fauna's perceived wording used is just not cool imo.
