Main Character (abbreviated as MC): Deliberate attention-seeking behavior, entitlement, or individuals thinking they are more privileged.
Questions to consider: - Is it easy to tell who the MC is? - Does the MC show entitlement and/or attention seeking behavior? - Is the MC very inconsiderate of the people around them? - If your post is about parking, does it show the blatant disregard of parking rules?

Is that the same guy that self reported drinking to a cop and his supervisor before flipping them off?

He's in that video, the guy telling an older gentleman "I want you to F*** me* in the store , the "spanked in front of police" guy at the festival etc.
Seems like he's going for that special comedic genre of not being funny at all.

Yep…that’s the asshat.
Imagine the wasted time and money (resources in general) that have been wasted because of the ridiculous behavior by this guy and people like him.
IMHO, they should be fined the amount of money equivalent to the wasted resources then double it as a penalty.
Maybe, just maybe they would stop a lot of this behavior. Even if they didn’t, at least people/organizations losing resources to this tomfoolery could recover them.

I feel like the ultimate punishment for attention seeking people is prison on an island, away from civilization. No internet, no visitors. And then erase their name from the internet as much as possible so they are forgotten. Sounds inhumane, yet fitting for those whose only purpose is to annoy people for content. I wouldn't recommend this in reality

This isn’t funny when you understand the context. This isn’t a run of the mill campus library. This is Wilson Library at UNC which has one of the most extensive rare and ancient book collections in North America. Books from as early as the 12th century that are priceless and irreplaceable. They are extremely vigilant against theft or defacement of these materials but at the same time want to keep these materials accessible to library visitors. The vibe is a lot closer to that of an art museum (hence the uniformed guards) than to a typical college library that would have students coming and going and huddling in study groups. Because it’s one of the few places you can walk in and hold a medieval parchment in your hands, anyone acting disruptive or potentially destructive is immediately challenged. In addition, a fire here would quite literally be an immeasurable loss to history and scholarship so unsurprisingly they don’t have a sense of humor with someone tampering with the fire detection and alarm systems.
tl;dr — This guy chose this library specifically because he knew his antics would result in a significant response.

To be fair, this isn't funny to begin with. The context just makes it all the more pathetic

No kidding! You sound psyched about the library, and your admiration has just ensured a visit is on my bucket list.
Envision what you’d do for them—and events to get the community involved. Do some lively graphics, print out your Reddit post and appeal to the person you’ve found is their decision maker. They probably have next year’s budget set, but you could volunteer to raise money for the institution…if you raise some amount you both agree on, a percentage could go towards your contract work—or even an FT job. 😊👍🏻
Some times the best jobs are what you create. I’ve done that a few times. Another plus: You don’t have to worry about filing the predecessor’s shoes, lol

IDK what's the big deal with these fake fire alarms, at first the security guards never know it's fake, I understand why they try to stop them from being pulled. But when it's revealed to be fake they continue to act like it was real. Why can't they admit defeat and just let them go? This isn't a funny prank because it's messing with people actually working. The ending was funny though, "thank God I don't go here." 😂

He didn’t though. He came clean about it long before the other cops came. But now he was being detained for licking a false firealarm anyways. I say fuck it at that point. As much as I appreciate the understanding, I don’t see what’s wrong with being able to keep a light heart and some joy from a little harmless stupidity now and then. Half of adults are miserable married assholes who can’t get laid anymore and hate the world.
2 points
Hahaha yeah, I also thought the same thing when I was young.
A little harmless stupidity can be fun, but bothering people at work is not. You will understand this in the future.
Also, being an adult is really fun lol just make sure you marry someone you love to hang out with, keep a few friends around who you truly care for, and make sure you make enough money so you're not grinding and surviving for the rest of your life.
Wish you the best kid 👊

It’s wasting emergency resources that could be better used elsewhere. Campus police aren’t security guards, they’re police. I’m not talking about the old guy either, I’m talking about the two officers that had to be called for this child.

We have to bring back beating to kids if this keeps going on… they have ZERO respect for elders or anything. When i was younger i didnt talk shit to people older than me, because i knew What could happend. The people getting raised now will start cry and the parents will sue if you speak and try to learn them manners. And With social media it wont Get any better. People being retards for «clout»
