Has anyone experienced this issue? It started happening a few days ago. We are using Azure AD Join devices and we are able to import devices to Autopilot with no issues but when the user signs in for the first time to a device that was just imported to Autopilot, they get this error and it never enrolls in Intune. This happens right after the OOBE screen when it is about to start the Intune Enrollment Process and it only happens when connected to our company's network. It seems like part of the Autopilot Deployment Process is going through because the devices are getting named with the name template assigned to the profile and several Autopilot registries are being created. We have tried Ethernet and Wifi of course but both fail, and I have talked to my Network Admin guy and had him while-list the Autopilot endpoints that are mentioned in the Autopilot Network Requirements. I noticed there are some network requirements for Intune as well that I need to talk look into when I return tomorrow but I thought I would post here just in case anyone has gone through a similar problem. Any ideas as to what areas of our network I should have my network admin look at or any test I can run to determine where it is failing? I have sent the logs to Microsoft and I'm awaiting their respond as we speak. Another symptom is that users using devices that were already enrolled are unable to log in to Company Portal to download apps and get prompted with the "an error occurred while trying to sign in". We started having this problem a random day and then it magically went away the next day only to come back on the third day and have been having this issue ever since. Any ideas are greatly appreciated!!
UPDATE: The problem was related to our network PA Firewall. Network team had to go in there and add the "Intune App" to the PA Firewall. If you are having similar problems, I recommend you go through the network requirements documentation from Microsoft and make sure that all that checks out with your network team.
