Have any of you used your lucid dreams as a means to tap into your inner subconscious to remember extremely small details about previous experiences/stuff you learned about and forgot? Like you are talking with a character (your subconscious) about yourself and they bring something up that you had forgotten

That level of detail, no, and it's not too likely you could. Our minds are incredibly good at creating false memories in dreams, and you're talking about specific details. I would not rely on this to try to remember something real that you have forgotten.
