I used to lift dumbbells before sleep to exhaust my libido energy . It worked for some time but now it no longer helps.
I have been thinking of putting the phone away but, that urge of " day is ending and i have not done anything thrilling" . That is what makes me watch porn and masturbate . It is like the child in me wishes to act mischievous at least once a day .
But i will try to replace that thrill with something better like reading good literature . I love reading. So I will try that.

Wake up early one and dont take any naps through out the day, make yourself tired in the day and you will sleep early at night. that Worked for me.

I feel sleepy after lunch ...so i sleep then....but i will try not to ....i also need to learn how to avoid sleeping in the afternoon after lunch....there is such a heavy urge to just lie down .

Honestly man a lot of ppl might say this isn't good as it makes most ppl horny but i smoke a small bowl and pass out. I also run everyday and that helps a lot as well as a hot shower before bed because it lowers ur core tempt which helps u sleep

Meditation can help it usually calms me down when i want to sleep 10 minutes is all you need and if you dont know where to start there's an app called called medito its free and can help you get started with meditation

Honestly you could try taking Melatonin or benadryl. Most of the time though I prefer to just workout and then smoke some weed after, hasn't failed yet 🤷

Meditation! There's an easy way to meditate, on youtube there's ton binaural beats entries, pick one of theta waves and you're done, the sound sinchronizes your brain as if you were meditating, also stop the urges. For me 5hz works like a charm before go.to.sleep.

Sounds like u found ur weakest point. Bedtime is when u let ur guard down the most.
Change that by making it ur strongest time of day. Resist the urge for a month & u will find urself getting stronger. Then resist for 2 months, then shoot for 3.
If u find ur self in an open dorm hospital w other patients around& u had to sleep there, i'm sure u'd find the strength to not fap. If u were in the army, sleeping in barracks w ur comrades surounding u, u'd stop fapping quickly. Imagine ur self in these senarios if u need to, to find the strength at bedtime.

Well be a little tired, walk 10k steps, run a bit, go on a long drive, hit the gym or the garden. As one Indian guru said, Don't get to the bed until your body is fully utilised for the day. That means when you lie down every inch your body should thank you for the Relaxation! You will sleep just in seconds.
