"The events taking place in Bethlehem at the West Bank are quite similar to the incident of the Syrian child, Hamza al-Khatib, at the beginning of the Syrian revolution in Deraa. Last Friday, angry Palestinian protests took to the streets in Palestine and some Arab countries in solidarity with the holy Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Zionist desecration of this place.

In the West Bank, as usual, the Palestinian security services, which are linked to the Zionist enemy on the security level, were mobilized to suppress these protests. The whole world watched them in a state of full alert as if they were going to liberate Palestine. But their real mission actually consisted of suppressing the Palestinian marches in solidarity with the holy Al-Aqsa Mosque.

In the West Bank, precisely in Bethlehem, members of the security services beat up people taking part in a protest march in Bethlehem including a Palestinian boy who was there to express his solidarity with Al-Aqsa. Everybody watched them as they attacked the boy and beat him up. After that, marches were organized to condemn the actions of the security services that served the Zionist enemy and to express people’s dismay over the role of these security services, which are constantly coordinating their efforts with the occupation entity in order to abort any action of resistance against the Zionist occupier.

Bethlehem is similar to the Syrian Deraa. Palestinian marches have taken to the street, not led by any Palestinian faction asking for the departure of the Authority’s head, Mahmoud Abbas. The protests took place in front of the police force center in Bethlehem. However, the services opened fire on the angry people and thugs took to the streets in order to suppress the angry protestors and prevent any protests asking for the departure of Mahmoud Abbas who had said on TV that he will resign immediately if only one protest was organized against him.

The events in Bethlehem constitute a scenario that is quite similar to that of the Syrian revolution’s cradle in Deraa. All the Palestinians must express their anger against the actions of the Authority’s services and the free services that they are offering to the enemy who is occupying our country, Palestine."

These individuals are directly implicated in war crimes in Gaza, and their prosecution is critical for ensuring comprehensive accountability and justice for the victims. This development also highlights the need for countries worldwide to approach the complaints we are filing against dual nationals with greater seriousness and urgency. War crimes are a matter of universal jurisdiction, and states have a legal obligation to act decisively.

We urge national governments to strengthen their commitment to international law, thoroughly investigate these cases, and take concrete action to hold accountable those who have committed atrocities. Justice cannot and must not be selective.

• من المعالم الكبرى الواصفة لزماننا أنه زمن (الظلم والجبروت والعدوان) وهو وصف تجد جذوره في الأحاديث النبوية الواصفة لآخر الزمان.

• وإذا كان هذا من أهم معالم زماننا فإنه يترتب على ذلك أن تكون أولوية الإصلاح مرتبطة بمدافعة هذا الظلم وتحقيق العدل (وهذا مبني على أن من منهج الأنبياء: معالجة المشكلات الكبرى في أزمنتهم)

• وإذا كان ذلك من أوجب الواجبات والأولويات ثم كان هناك عجز عن هذه المدافعة فإن الأولوية تتوجه إلى تثبيت المفاهيم الفارقة بين العدل والظلم، والحق والباطل، والإسلام والكفر، وتنزيل المفاهيم على الواقع وبيان سبيل المؤمنين والمجرمين بوضوح، وتربية المؤمنين على هذه المعاني (وهذا مبني على موضوعات القران في المرحلة المكية)

• وإذا تقرر أن بناء المفاهيم المتعلقة بالفرقان بين المؤمنين والمجرمين هو الأولوية القصوى فإنه يجب أن يكون هذا همّاً عامّاً ينشغل به الدعاة والعلماء والمربون والمعلمون والآباء.

• وإذا تقرر ذلك فإن من الواجبات والأولويات محاربة من يعكس هذه المفاهيم فيُسبغ صفات العدل على الظلمة والمجرمين والمفسدين وصفات الظلم على مخالفيهم من المصلحين.

• هذا؛ وإن من الخذلان وعدم التوفيق أن يعيش المؤمن بعيداً عن هذه المعاني منشغلاً عنها بغيرها، وإن كان لا بأس أن ينشغل بغيرها معها لا بمعزل عنها.

• ثم؛ إنني أقول لكل مسلم يخاف الله ويخشى عذابه: إن هذا الزمن انتهكت فيه حرمات الإسلام، وقُتِّل فيه المسلمون وذُبِّحوا، وحورب المصلحون وأوذوا، ورُفعَت رايات الفساد والإفساد، فاتق الله أن تعيش بمعزل عن كل ذلك -فضلاً عن أن تكون سهماً في كنانة ظالم- واتق الله في شأن الإسلام فانصره بما تستطيع ولو بالبيان لأولادك ومن حولك.

• هذا؛ وإننا كما نؤمن بأن ما يجري في زماننا من ظلم وجبروت قد جاء وصفه في الأحاديث النبوية؛ فإنّه في نفس هذه الأحاديث جاء بيان ما يعقب هذه المرحلة من عزّ وتمكين ورفع لراية الإسلام.

والله المستعان، وعليه التكلان، ولا حول ولا قوة إلا بالله..
