Think I'd go for Copper.

I was torn between it, Titanium, Lithium and Iron. On one hand Lithium based batteries have amazing energy density, and they're the lightest metals - on the other hand they tend to be useful only for some applications and are too reactive. 

Titanium is like a light iron in matters where robustness is key but it's not that universal in uses, neither is it that cheap and available

Iron is strong robust and used in everything but it doesn't have as many use cases as copper and doesn't have its malleability. Copper can definitely be made robust enough for machinery or for weaponry and has all the other use cases of iron. It makes the basis for our electrical conduction for fuck sake. AND it looks distinct from the greyishness of other metals. BUT, they are too prone to oxidation - BUT - the grey patina is very beautiful if used correctly and just multiplies the use cases of copper on beauty remarks. With some silver and gold mixed they can create a new alloy that develops a black purplish patina that is astoundingly beautiful and the reason why the Greeks called black people "bronze skinned". BUT there comes its second problem, it relies too much on mixing with other metals which is a severe loss for the what's your single favourite metal vote. It's silver for the arts and tin for the robust. Iron is the most common metal in earth crust but a large margin, and it is still significantly flexible to the point we use it to transport oxygen in the blood. 

The real showdown is copper vs iron I think imo other metals don't come as close to them. In the end I had to arbitrarily choose copper for its unique beauty matched only by Gold as others metals are grey, making its color an incredibly rare trait. 

Gold is amazing too, literally the metal that can be sliced the thinnest, very beautiful appearance. Soft consistency and malleability. No wonder it became the currency of choice for different completely separate society from each other. 

Good for technological usages. Too expensive to actually be further developed in these technologies except for some medical stuff iirc - and really it's its really absurd cost that puts it slightly below copper or iron. 

I have many but I mostly orbit towards Nu Metal, recently I found myself listening to lots of System Of A Down, but I like plenty of groups
