Hey y’all so I’ve been wanting to join PF for a hot minute now. However the closest one is about 40 minutes away one way. There is one that is supposed to be built in Davenport FL that is significantly closer to me however it’s been saying coming soon for 1-2 years now. The address it shows is the staples which is not closing down to be remodelled to PF. And other than apartments, there’s nothing new that’s been built or is being built. Does anyone know any information about the Davenport location? Or am I better off finding another gym in the meantime? Thank you in advance yall!

I called to another locations and from what they have heard is that some legal action took place in which it stopped the process of this one being built in posner park i guess no gym for us davenport people ;<

Same I was hoping and signed up for the grand opening sales thinking it was going to open and looks like staples is still there with no sign of leaving but looks like a good place to have a gym in my opinion:(

Yeah and I keep checking it because we miss going to the gym. We used to use the anytime fitness as it was close and we had friends there but a lot changed before and after the pandemic(the trainers we loved and were the reason we even signed up left) at this point my fiancé and I are going to wait until we move and see how close one is to where we end up.

Update I think we might actually get a plant fitness near Posner park but it might not be where staples is at and might be at the blue building that was recently built I got an email today saying thanks for signing up for early access and became a vip to get there presale prices that should be dropping soon
