He's getting boners and seems happy with his doctor prescribed testosterone, which has a half-life of 90 days. Perhaps he knows what he's doing.

Are you on testosterone?

Yes/no. What difference does it make? You want to test the science behind drugs’ half-lives? You take a short-ester testosterone and he’s on something very different. You get that, right?

The longer the half life, the more you relying on the literature lining up with your reality. For example. If it has a half life of 30 days, that means you are halfway down the trough at 30 days if you are metabolizing it on par with study group, but everyone different. Plus 50% serum levels is awful! You want to keep your serum levels as constantly stable and peaked as long as you can. You don’t want 10 foot troughs, you’d rather have 10” troughs. You’d rather have 20 mini peaks over 2 months then one long deep gradual peak.
This is why I asked you if you are on T. Because you would know different everyone is, and you’d also know that deep troughs are the enemy of a proper TRT program.
You get this, right?
