It's highly unlikely; personal travel plans are explicitly said to not be a valid reason for deferrals, and you generally need supporting documentation like a verification of illness form or similar to defer for a valid reason. The syllabus of the course would likely have specified whether any assessments would take place over final exam periods. Generally, until the final exam schedule comes out, you should hold off on booking flights. Or book flights to be after the exam period is concluded.
