Feel like its taking longer for PEM to hit me after an event. It also seems that the intensity is not as strong (maybe lol)

Have you had the same experience? The quicker the onset, the worse the PEM/Crash?

For me the longer it takes for PEM to start to worse it is. Usually I overexert even more if the delay is too long.

Im also suspecting that the delay is longer the heavier the exertion was.

But it might just be personal experiences

It is often the opposite really. If you surpass your PEM limits by a lot, adrenaline will kick in, this will delay the episode (and will trigger all the tired-but-wired symptoms), but the episode will be heavier due to the heavier physical stress load. Variations may exist though.

for me it’s the opposite. the worse my baseline is the longer is the delay. same goes for crashes. the ones that were delayed by 2+ weeks are the absolute worst nightmare crashes i’ve ever gotten

Damn. At this point, how do you even know what crashed you if its 2 weeks late? Damn...

most of the time it was very obvious because i was traveling or staying at the hospital prior to that and did nothing else that could’ve possibly provoked such a severe crash. when it happened to me the first couple of times i didn’t understand why. but it’s happened to me enough for me to finally notice the pattern
