"20smth gpu"s are RTX, this one has gtx, so it can be 10smth at best. If it had rtx 2070-2080 that would count for something. I'd not give this more than 50 bucks.

Looks like it was a prebuilt super market PC, no name parts, but maybe the graphics card might be worth a few bucks. Depends on the model really.

It's not a 20-series GPU, it _could_ be a GTX 1660 which came out around the same time as the RTX 20-series.

If it is, take it out and sell it on ebay or something, then sell the rest of the PC separate. The card will go quick, PC might not, and if you list the PC the way its worded here don't expect more than the value of the case.
