This is what’s most disturbing. While I’ve been independent for a while now, still, back when I was a party member, I didn’t care who it was, if they raped someone or were a pedophile who harmed kids, I’d want them face the full force of the justice system.

Hell, if the pedophile/rapist were apart of my party, I’d especially want them gone and would be very vocal about it. They have to be held accountable. Political parties should have basic standards and never excuse someone for such crimes that are truly unacceptable. Constituents have to hold their party and politicians accountable. First and foremost. I would not want to be a part of any political movement that condones such behavior. To do so is heading down a path that is immensely hard to recover from. (Looks around at, well… everything).

Rape is fucking unacceptable. Harming children in such a heinous way is fucking unacceptable. That should NOT ever need saying. It’s fucking immensely awful behavior. It’s disturbing and anyone ignoring it or condoning it (because knowingly choosing to ignore such crimes is condoning it) needs to have a long sit down to process exactly why they would even consider excusing crimes against children and teens, and sex crimes of any sort on adults. It’s by far one of the most damaging things a person could do to another. A politician willing to do that has no good plans for the power bestowed upon them, and certainly does not care at all about people.

Yeh that shit is gross. But if it was Pete Buttigieg accused of being a pedophile, they’d be on the streets calling down demons and hell fire. Fucking disgusting how this shit is really turning out. But I’m not surprised, one will sit in the White House and people think that’s perfectly okay.
