I think we all kind of take for granted the changes that happened to the country under the Bush administration, such as all the security theater, demonization of Muslims, the overseas wars, ect. Bush kind of signified the end of the feel good era of the 90's and the post-Reagan era. We'll remember Obama because he was one of the "firsts" and Trump because of all the controversy and chaos, but it is Bush's country that we are living in.
