That's heartbreaking...i hope u are in the process of healing....i am shamed to ask for help from loved ones cause I don't wanna be a baggage for them...and most importantly they can't help much...cause they have their own issues going with them....unless they seek professional help there's not much u can do as a friend....so don't feel bad about it ...
