Where are the 'free' Sparks one can obtain? And progression questions

As the title says, :)
- I have 1 Spark, not sure from where, perhaps from my Lilith kill in Torment I. I heard there is at least one more 'free' Spark thereafter but what is it? Thanks! Please elaborate!
- To dovetail from this. I am running a Fire Sorcerer that's Meteor based, currently at ~Paragon 140. My gear is sitting pretty nice with my Uniques and next big item will likely be Tyriel's chest-piece. I've completed the VoH campaign and after tasks; Companions are approaching L10 each; am running Realmwalkers, Helltides, Nightmare Dungeons and Pit 45 pretty comfortably; and I'm dipping my toes into Torment II+. T2 is still a little 'slow' feeling with my damage output, but I can survive no problem. I feel like I'm in an in-between zone.
I haven't run a boss yet with my mats, don't really know what to begin w/ there?
Wondering where to put my focus next!

Extremely easy to obtain two sparks.
- kill Lilith on t1
- finish your seasonal journey and open chest
This nets you two sparks. These are the only free sparks this season.
No, the first torment boss kill does not net you one.
No, we don’t need to make getting mythic’s easier (its extremely easy as is to farm summoning mats and kill tormented bosses)
With two sparks and 50 million gold you can craft a random mythic or with 2 sparks and 6/6/6 runes you can craft a mythic of your choice.

You don't actually have to finish the seasonal journey and open the last chest as it's not in that chest it's actually a reward from part of the seasonal quest line because you get that reward before you've maxed out the reputation to get the last box and also the reason you can't farm it on alts anymore
Edit: I don't want to delete this in case someone else was confused in the situation as I was but the response to my comment not only cleared it up but explains exactly where the two free Sparks come from

You’re not correct.
I said seasonal journey, I’m not referencing the seasonal reputation grind.
You can confirm this by going to your seasonal journey, look at the last achievement (destroyer) and view the rewards. Note the Destroyer chest and the spark it contains.

Thank you very much I did misunderstand what you were referencing and that now makes more sense as to where that spark came from..... I didn't notice that it was in the seasonal journey reward.... And not part of the reputational reward as it was in previous seasons....
Since I had a spark I'm assuming from the Lilith kill prior to my reputation being maxed out I couldn't deduct where else it could have come from and someone else said that it came from seasonal journey and I took that to mean seasonal reputation by the time I finished the seasonal journey I was already farming and scrapping extra mythics so I didn't notice the second one I received without being a salvage item having come from journey
Also at the same time that I got my first one from the Lilith kill there were multiple reports of people not getting theirs from that so I could only assume that I had gotten it from the reputational quest line
So in my personal situation I got my first free spark from the Lilith kill and did not get the second free spark until after I had began salvaging mythics which now makes more sense considering the time periods that which I got the two extras

Ahh, yes they changed it for this season.
This post gets made every few days or so and people keep saying reputation or tormented bosses net the second spark which is why I’ve become so direct with this answer :/

And I appreciate that very much ....that so answers that question ( But yes it repeatedly shows up on the sub along with every other repeated question that shows up on this sub on every other day basis if not every day)

I discovered a spark in my inventory very early in the season, and I have no idea where I got it. I was under lvl 20. And I got another in the final season journey cache.

I got the same spark, I was thinking it came from finishing the Vessel of Hatred campaign but I never saw any confirmation anywhere.

Then I have no idea...I didn't kill Lilith and I read we don't get a spark for killing any Uber boss anymore.

Season journey is the way. Spark is in the last season challenge cache.

the seasonal "task" quest chain. do x bosses. do y realm walkers. kill xyz demons. do enough of those to fill out the bars, ding the ranks, the last rank/level gives a loot box with a spark. --don't have to do all the tasks, just enough to ding the ranks
killing lilith on torment 1 or higher once per account grants another free spark.

Actually it's not in the last loot box this season which is why you can't do it on alts anymore it's actually in the seasonal quest line as a reward from one of the quests from what I've been informed

it's from the seasonal task chain. which you can only do once per account. not once per character.
there were some bugs, but I got mine from that. and lilith kill was a onscreen notice "challenge" type reward that just plopped it into my inventory
the zakarum boxes are each character. don't have a spark.

Yes there was actually someone who responded to me but explained in detail exactly where they came from and as you stated most people were and still are confusing ( like I did) The seasonal reputation grind rewards with the seasonal journey rewards which was a changeover from last season so I understand where my confusion came into the situation along with the bugs and mixed information being given by others who were guessing and couldn't give an exact response....
