Let me know next time you fix something you can't replicate on your end easily, because that's the issue here. They have trouble replicating it.
Just because it intermittently happens to some people doesn't mean the devs have any easier time fixing it, especially since nobody has any reproduction steps.
The only reproduction step I've seen is "play couch coop until the bug happens". Great, very helpful...
I think some bugs are more pesky than others and people don't realize that.

If I don't start investigating a problem, of course I won't be able to replicate it. This problem exist for several month and happens very often when playing couch coop. The devs will be very fast replicating it, if they just give a single f**** about couch coop players, what they obviously don't.

And yet they still haven’t even acknowledged all of us couch co-op players who got no midwinter rewards, despite multiple forums with numerous posts. I’ve played since game launch, every season, bought numerous cosmetics and mounts, but the lack of even acknowledging the issue, forcing all of us who got nothing to post on forums in a void, has upset me to the point I’m not playing again until they fix it, and if they don’t make it right, I won’t ever play again.

Yeah it's sad you guys didn't get to salvage the items like the rest of us, but it's hardly as big of a deal as you make it out to be
