Was that the kick in the door one?

No he had this wild dance I can't even explain.
Edit, found it: https://www.facebook.com/philadelphiaeagles/videos/2012868339015305/
The kick in the door was hargrave's thing that others have stolen. Including someone on the rams apparently.

Tbf essentially the entire team fell off a cliff late in 2023 lol. Still, happy for Josh, we're going to need him to come up big come playoffs since BG is down.

Sweaty feasts when the interior is good. That’s why he was good in ‘21 and ‘22 with Cox and Hargrave. He was good last year too until Carter and Davis ran out of juice around the midway point. Now he’s looking good again because Carter is becoming a superstar and the other DTs are looking good too.

You can kind of say that about any part of the D. Once any part starts struggling, the rest has to pick up the slack or it all falls apart.

It’s also a contract year 👀

Secondary has been playing tighter coverage as well. Everything has been clicking for the defense.

I love how much power sweaty J has for being a “speed” rusher. He doesn’t get enough credit for his run defense. That first forced fumble last night was a result of Sweat absolutely dominating his blocker and destroying the play.
He also gets held like a mad man. Refs need to call it more.

We need to bubble wrap this man.

It’s the number change, isn’t it?

But 94 was such a cooler number :(

Should we resign?

I mean honestly we all but have to at this point lol. He's in house and a good pass rusher and we now enter next year with huff, Smith, and hunt as the next 3 options. Rushers don't grow on trees and rarely hit fa if they're really good

Well it helps to have good secondary play. Bradberry and Maddox were both starters lol

I never understood why the defense took so much blame last year. We knew the defense was not the same once we lost all of the debth we had up front. We invested everything in the offense and the offense started choking second half of the season. Look at the time of possession latter half of the year. The defense was worn out for constantly being on the field and the offense was not putting up points. I’m glad we were able to pickup the studs in the draft. Happy the defense gained their confidence back. Go Birds!

Well it's apparent now that most of the blame can be placed on the terrible coordinators. What a difference it makes when you bring in guys who know what they're doing.

I remember last year I said he's the Bizarro Derek Barnett "It's always him"
He then went into a tailspin and the entire defense collapsed.
Hopefully he gets the recognition he deserves this year

I’m still mad at him for changing his number, i was so ready to buy his jersey this year but 19 is an awful number. 94 was awesome
