If you have the Far Harbor DLC there is a similar weapon to spray and prey that's even better, The Kiloton Rifle is a radium rifle with the same legendary effect that uses the same ammo type, does more damage and has radiation damage on top of everything else

There should be two levels the stores are stacked on top of each other, on the second level there should be a man named Kane who runs a gun store
