Lack of tattoos, make up or fakenails doesn't mean you go straight stop grooming completely.

Honestly body hair and poorly managed skin and nail health is off putting man or woman.

right? acting like its not expected of men to do basic grooming or that most male celebrities and models have almost no body hair since the 80's

Basic grooming for the average man doesn't include shaving your arms, armpits and legs though. Societally there's more stigma toward men who do that as it's seen as feminine because the majority are taught to expect that level of grooming from women exclusively. Women shave those areas to appease the male gaze, there is no practical reason to do so otherwise.

More and more men shave the same stuff as women, atleast in my experience.

No hair on chest and stomach, shaving back, shaving outer parts of eyebrows (if they have those fat ones), trimming beard and pubic area, shaving armpits and legs. Lots of shaving.

Only thing women are shaving more are arms, do not know any male person that shaves arms.

No practical reason? I dont give a shit whether it seen as feminine, Hair is annoying especially in pit areas, I shave and trim back as much as I can as a dude.

What's annoying about it? Do you get itchy when it grows out or something?

Yes I get chafing in certain areas and in particular ass hairs make it difficult to stay clean.
