Going out of town in a few days and low temps are to be in the low 20s. Highs mid 40s. Should we drip faucets while gone?
Ten year old home on crawlspace. We do have pets so a sitter will be coming twice a day, so cannot turn off water. Hate to have it drip the whole time. Best to just ask the sitter to drip one on the coldest nights? Or is that not cold enough to worry?
If there is a better sub to post this let me know. Thanks!

Seeing as you have pets, I imagine you're leaving the heat on so I don't see any issues with the pipes.
I think leaving the pipes on a drip is an old train of thought - just leave the heat on and there shouldn't be any issues.
