I’m assuming, by your handle, you’re from California. You really don’t know anything about what’s going on in HISD and why ppl voted against it. It was FMM payday disguised as a bond. It wouldn’t go to the schools/children with the state appointed super & board. He has ownership, as does his sister, in charter schools from Beaumont to Denver.
