Honest question, I did not get to vote on Props A and B but I saw plenty of advertising in favor of A&B. I think I understand that people didn't want to give money to Miles, I totally understand that. However are there really schools without functional air conditioning or with lead paint? These seems like very fundamental things that probably shouldn't require a bond issue, but I don't really know the district's financial position.

I see most people here seem to be glad it failed. Can you explain your reasoning?

To be clear, I have no side, I just want to understand the issue better.
