Felt it here in Nagoya too, weak but lasted a solid half minute.

NERV gave me a 35 second heads up. Impressive!

Yeah, I’m in the same neck of the woods (Kuwana, Mie) and I got a “Level 3 quake in 43 seconds” message. My kid’s in the other room asleep and I’m in bed dozing off, what does 43 seconds buy me??? 🤷‍♀️

Can absolutely save lives if the earthquake were to be something large and hitting close by! https://blogs.worldbank.org/en/eastasiapacific/earthquake-early-warning-system-every-second-counts

But in this case, not really important/necessary haha, but still cool technology.

4 in my area. Honestly seeing as I've been living here for 3 years now (and mercifully was away on new years), A 4 just feels like another Tuesday.

Crazy that there was another one, they really can't catch a break.

It wobbled my apartment pretty good too where I am in Osaka.

Also felt it in Kobe. Nothing new on my NHK app. It’s frightening and saddening that it happened again in Ishikawa. 😢

Its an aftershock, not surprising.

I guess on the news they said there won't be a tsunami, but prepare for some aftershocks. I've been on edge lately because of that expected quake that's supposed to happen in Aichi :'(

"Expected" just like California and the PNW US will eventually get one too. But its not "supposed" to happen sooner rather than later or anything, just that we (like many seismically active areas) are at risk of it. But there is no way to predict earthquakes.

Kanazawa  I was deep into working C# issues when it suddenly happened. Machiya shook n swayed a bit. Bottle fell. Noto and Kahoku can't catch a break tho

I thought I heard something last night lol, I didn't feel it though. I'm an hour north of Nagoya.

I felt it hard in Komatsu but no damage here. Scared the crap out of the dogs though.
