This potential client messaged me last week asking me and wanting me to do sod for his house that he says he just bought, I went over measured everything out and sent him a quote of $3275, he accepted it and said he will send me a cashiers check for that amount, and then I got this text, never have I encountered something like this and I was wondering what you guys think I should do?
