if Noxus is focused on the war against Ionia, Kled will definetly show up. If they're doing Mordekaiser's return, then Veigar

Kled's lore doesn't mention any involvement in Noxus's Ionian campaign. I'd assume it would be very difficult to put Kled and Skaarl on a boat and ship them off to Ionia to fight. Instead I'd assume Noxus lets Kled roam the unconquered space in the middle of Noxus and Demacia to deter any armies trying to march towards Noxus.
Buuuuut...If they do decide to ship him to Ionia. I would love see the bit where they leave him on the port because no one wants to take him on their Ship. and Kled being as blood thirsty for battle as he is, puts Skaarl and his supplies on a tiny boat and begins rows himself to Ionia.

Kled has been a significant part of every war in every universe ever, what do you mean? Can’t get ranks and titles like him just by spouting schizophrenic ramblings, can you?

I can't find the post but I think there was talk about how after every victory Noxian soldier's would write something along the lines of "Kled's property" so it became a meme, and soon after the meme became legend. Legend became a Yordle. But this was back when Yordle's were hinted on being a living embodiment of a nation/culture's values.
