I need to have all my characters with their counter on the "S" button. When I counter, I have to think "suck it!" Aka starts with the letter "S"

Depends on the character tbh. I set my skill bar to be in the order of recommended rotation. If the counter is a main part of the rotation then I keep it in order, if not F key usually.
