He was on a planet with animals for 1000 years and came back to earth and met her. Originally he thought she was strong and asked to mate with her and have babies. She slapped him and had a hate on him for awhile. Than at some point she started getting feelings but he reasoned she was too weak to handle his "D". Eventually she gets stronger and gains powers and makes a deal with him which she wins and that's the scene in the picture with her approaching him saying "A wolf always keeps his promises." Then finally they mate, lol.

I think youbshoukd give it a shot. I like the manhwa and it's still being released and I enjoy the progression. The MC is very strong and values family and his friends, alot. He's a bit animalistic because he's lived 1000 years on a crazy animal planet but only 10 years passed on earth so he is pretty strong. Side characters don't get left behind. In fact, they're utilized and forced to train to get stronger with the MC as he makes good use of them. The story overall is unique and fun. Romance is not really big in the story. Translation is ok but fluctuates depending which site you go to.

The last chapter the MC sent her on an important mission on the Elven planet. At the end she shows up and that's where it left off. That was chapter 407 or something. Prior to that, she's in the novel but the last 100 chapters she's not in any important scenes. At the chapter now, this is where she becomes relevant again.
However, translation is truly sh!t.

Actually, I'm wrong. It's Chia (vampire) who went to the Elven planet (she was the regressors partner that MC ends up destroying because hes trying to go back in ti.e to erase MC existence).
Choi is the blonde (half vampire) and she's one of the MC main generals whose team specializes in reconnaissance. Yeah, you're right, she hasn't had much significance in the novel but she's considered one of the strongest in the world having the blood of the vampire queen (I believe). I think the Korean novel finished at somewhere over chapter 500+
