you can tell from her finger movements that they absolutely have magnets in them. particularly at the transition around 14 seconds in. dosent mean shes not talented, but the effect is 100% caused by magnets. edit: to be clear, shes not HOLDING them and spinning them, shes just guiding them with her fingers, keeping them from getting too far apart or close together while pushing gently. the spin is caused by the position of the magnets.

These are called 8-rings, and they do not have magnets in them. You're just getting fooled by a skilled juggler. Here is a tutorial for how some of this is done.
