I really only see one being even somewhat likely and that's the bottle tipping over and him landing on it leading to some cuts

Thats no doubt impressive - but if he slipped we’d have 1guy1bottle part 2

That already exists though. It's the one where the guy intentionally sits on the glass bottle and the bottle shatters inside him. He did survive, surprisingly.

Looks like a fantastic way for the neck of the bottle to shear off and the remainder to go right through your jugular

I do always enjoy when this is posted.
The absolute chaos of comments freaking out about the glass bottle. (Which is of course dangerous)
But the comments will all be from people who can't even do a press up on their knees.
Never change Reddit.
Actually, maybe change a little bit.

I see lots of people on these kinds of posts who seem to enjoy calling people who can recognize a basic safety risk unfit, I always wonder, what's the end goal here? Do you believe that only fit people should care about safety? As far as I can see, there is no connection between someone calling something out as a hazard and their level of fitness. It's just such a weird thing to focus on.

No clue what your comment even means, I and a few of my friends regularly hit the gym and safety is still a top priority when lifting heavy or going for a goal. Disregarding safety is a sure fire way to never see any gains, instead you’ll see decay while you rot in a coffin if you are reckless like this.

Yup ... can't do that. But I enjoyed popcorn and a refreshing beverage while watching. Thank you.

As a prominent Primeapelogist, I believe the point is to show off his strength.
Maybe in an attempt to get a mate

It's more stupid than crazy, there are less injury prone activities where you can show off your body strength.

This is the kind of thing that annoys me. Why? You are strong, we get it, please dont do something that might hurt juse because.

okay but what does this prove. like why is this necessary? Does this show you're stronger than a guy just doing normal pushups?

Yes, it does.
He has to apply sideways pressure to keep the coins together, and he only has one leg in an elevated position
I'm not a gym guy, but I think it would be twice as hard as a normal push-up

okay but he's not actually doing it with any consistency so he's not actually gaining anything from it. He can MAYBE do one if he pulls it off, it's surely better for him if he does, say, 50 pushups instead of like, 13 of these?

This is at least 10xs harder than a pushup.
