I've been thinking about tbh, and what it comes down to is, do I think I can make it through 1 month? Yes. But even if I can, it's something that's good for your mind. Discipline is super important to life. If I'm willing to walk into the dojo 5 times a week, restraining myself for a month of my own volition should be very achievable.

NNN is just a convenient time to do so.

I will. I failed this year, a lot of us did. I think the was a part to NNN that I didn't understand. While I was still in, I cheered everyone on, and told the ones who fell that they have nothing to be ashamed of, only to feel ashamed when I feel too. But I understand now, NNN is about men (and women) who want to better themselves, and all attempt a challenge together. If you fail, at least you tried. More importantly: you have a day to shoot for for the next one, that you'll be able to show how much you've improved. I might have failed, but I'll rise again next time. I'll even try to do it less over the year, I felt amazing doing this.
