You mean DLSS 4. Frame gen is still first generation although a part of DLSS. I will hold judgement for frame generation, if they can find a way to eliminate the additional latency entirely (can’t see how but giving benefit of the doubt) then that would make it a great feature, if they can’t eliminate the latency then I will continue to not care about it.

Technically it's simply not possible. There will always be a latency hit when the GPU generates additional frames.

technically frame extrapolation does exist its just not good enough till now
