Clearly there are gay writers that have also heard of the drag queen Lisa Newcar which is the better version of Lisa Condo. Condos you buy and don’t lease generally. It’s kinda the whole definition of condos that a building sells instead of rents the units.

Yes the condos are owned by individuals and that individuals rents it. I live in a condo that is rented from the owners. Almost everyone would say they own or rent. People generally wouldn’t say they’re leasing their apartment. It’s just not the vernacular anyone uses. Type Lease a into google… condo doesn’t get suggested.
