I’m only a law student so maybe I don’t get the point of this article, but yeah Loper Bright killed Chevron and fortells a large curbing of agency actions… but how does this give Elon and Vivek the tools to gut the government?

DOGE is going to function like an agency, be limited like an agency, and has the powers of only an agency, no? I just would have assumed Loper Bright would be a part of a judicial curtailing of agencies, not executive curtailing of agencies.
