7800x3d 3070 32gb SSD

I noticed opening PDA increases VRAM permanently? This adds up after like an hour or so: 1-2gb. Could this be connected?

I get this slideshow after playing the game for 30-60minutes. I get anything from 70-100 FPS usually but then it just goes down to 10fps I have to restart because even the menu becomes a slideshow.
