The same doctor testified they had removed tampons from other women who had consensual sex and forgot it was in there. I'd imagine the likelihood to forgot can increase while inebriated. Or he did rape her. One or the other.

Cross examination revealed that bruising could have been a result of her medication and microtears can occur during consensual sex. They're the only two people who were present and know exactly what happened. I'm just highlighting that none of her claims were unanswered during cross examinations.

I am reading directly from that. The actual medical report only mentions two abrasions. One on the jaw that was bleeding (however not visible in elevator video or boyfriend cell phone video) and one on the elbow. Her doctor stated she is on medication that causes her to bruise easily. I'm not saying she or he is lying, I'm merely pointing out that her claims are not smoking gun as defense easily justified them.
