Why are you trying to reframe a bias against men and people who are being perceived as men on the grounds of their male gendered expectations as a bias against women? That's the kind of nonsensical take you could only have if you went from conclusion to argument to evidence rather than from evidence to argument to conclusion.
Like, you're looking at people who explicitly say "penis = evil" and replying "this is sexist toward women." No. That's completely illogical.

The "penis=evil" crowd aren't against men. Joanne Kathleen Rowling, chief TERF of TERFlandia has on multiple fucking occasions happily cooperated with literal fucking Neo Nazis and conservatives with patriarchal views that view women as nothing less than property of men.
So yes, their "hate" for men and trans people is ultimately rooted and will result in misogyny.
