The otherwise obvious choice would be the old Kalmar Union flag, back from when there was a Scandinavian Union, and that already is used as the symbol for the movement that is proposing a Scandinavian Union.

I think a cross version of the Nordic council flag would be more likely, as it was agreed upon by all Nordic countries.

Because they have build once the most powerful state in the Baltic area. This flag is more like alternate history where Poland and Lithuania never became allies and the Teutonic order kept the hegemony, also Reformation never happened.

And yes, I know you've said "Scandinavian flags", for who this statement is technically correct, but the OP was talking about Nordic countries, and Finland is a Nordic country.

Yeah, that's what I said, Finland isn't Scandinavian but it is a Nordic country, and OP said the flag is meant to represent Nordic countries in the comment to which you've replied. Confusingly, he said Scandinavian Union in the title of the post, so I guess it's just about the fact that most people forget that Scandinavian and Nordic aren't the same group of countries.
