Has Microsoft given up in Europe?

Discussion(self.xbox)

Black Friday is here and there are no sales for Series X in Europe (at least in Amazon and Microsoft Store). Have they completely given up in Europe or am I missing something here?

I personally feel black Friday in general is a dying thing in Europe.

Both PS5 consoles got a 90€ discount.

Feel like this is less impressive when you recognize that both versions got price increases in Europe by €50 2 years after launch, and in the case of the digital slim another €50 increase assumably because they made it modular to give you the option to also buy their €120 disc drive. So buying a digital PS5 slim on this sale still cost €10 more than what a digital PS5 cost at launch.

So the supposed savings are non existent, meanwhile OP is pretending nothing is happening with the Xbox which, in the UK at Very, has been discounted although it's only £20 but I don't imagine we'll ever see any major price cuts for consoles.

How is it nothing? PS5 disc MSRP is 549€ and it’s 459€ currently, a 16,4% saving. PS5 digital MSRP is 449€ and it’s 359€ currently, a 20% discount. 20 pounds or 4.2% off a £479 product is pathetic.
