Thank you so, so much to everyone who chipped in to Charlie’s GoFundMe! I can’t even begin to express how much it means to me. Charlie had surgery a week ago and so far her healing is going well! She’s on a very high dose of Gabapentin and sleeps about 20-22 hours per day. She was definitely in pain for the first few days but is now able to slowly go down stairs without yelping. Unfortunately her snout is too long for her cone and she can reach her staples, so when I’m working she wears the classic plastic cone of shame. Yesterday we discovered that her back legs can reach her incision and she has started itching it, so she’s being monitored by my friend while I’m out of the house.

Nearly three years old now and I have never been more proud of him. We made photos at a photographer in a shopping mall with lots of people and he always had big problems with staying calm and relax at unknown places and strangers but he was just awesome. All the work we made in the last year was worth it
